Over the last 35 years of working with men in the corporate and private settings, I learned to teach men what they didn’t get to learn. Producing sustainable change is simple when you finally get to learn the lessons that were missing from your upbringing. When I saw the power of learning these lessons, I made it my mission to teach other men what they never were taught.

Today, my work is a catalyst for deep change and continuous learning through my writing, groups, consulting and teaching. My blog, www.owenmarcus.com, is advancing the new model of masculinity. My book, Grow UP: the 9-Step Path to Becoming a Remarkable Man, lays out a simple way to learn those missing lessons.
